摘    要:蚁群算法是一种新型的优化算法,具有收敛速度快、鲁棒性强等优点;针对真空烧结炉大惯性、大滞后性、非线性和时变性等特点,采用常规PID控制难以达到温度的精度控制,论文采用蚁群算法优化PID控制器参数,并给出了真空烧结炉最优PID控制系统设计的方法;该方法以误差绝对值为性能指标,实现了不完全微分PID参数的优化;仿真结果表明,该系统与传统的PID相比,有较好的稳态精度和动态性能,具有一定的科学性和实用性.

Abstract:Ant colony algorithm is a new optimal algorithm with the advantages of fast convergence and good robustness.
