基于PXI总线的导弹伺服机构测试系统

摘    要:根据当前导弹伺服机构测试状况,提出了基于虚拟仪器技术的自动化测试方案,探讨了总线测试技术在导弹伺服机构测试中的应用,利用虚拟仪器和PXI总线技术,组建高可靠性,高精度,具有自诊断功能的伺服机构测试系统;系统具有测试通用性.测试软件可移植性和扩充性强的特点,结合网络技术,系统可以提供远科监控和诊断能力,有利于系统的维护;经验证,该系统能完成不同伺服机构的测试。

Abstract:According to the situation of present missile servomechanism testing,a scheme of an automatic test system based on virtual instrument (VI) is suggested.Test technology based on bus used in measurement system of missile servomechanism is discussed as well.Based on VI and PXI bus,a servomechanism test system with high credibility,high precision and self-diagnosis capacity,is built up.The system can be used in universal test and its software is easy to be replanted and extended.Combined with network,the system provides the function of remote monitoring and diagnosis,witch has many benefits to system maintenance.Upon testified,the system can be used to test different servomechanisms.
