摘    要:时间同步装置作为智能变电站设备的时间同步源,对变电站各设备的正常工作具有举足轻重的作用。2016年国家电网对时同步装置提出了“四统一”要求,对装置的外观和接口进行规范,提高了授时和守时的精度,改进了多时源切换逻辑等。在此背景下,按照的国家电网的新规范要求,本文从硬件设计,软件开发等各方面对时间同步装置的开发提出了设计和实现方案,对时间同步的精度和稳定性提出解决方法,采用时源优先级分组策略实现多源切换,并提出恒温晶振的预热补偿机制,有效的克服晶振预热不充分带来的守时时间累积误差增大问题。

Development of high stability time synchronization device based on multi time source
Abstract:Time synchronization device, as the time synchronization source of intelligent substation equipment, plays an important role in the normal operation of substation equipment. In 2016, the State Grid put forward the "four uniform specification" requirement for the time synchronization device. The specification specifies the appearance and interface of the time synchronization device, improves the accuracy of time service and punctuality, and improves the multi-source switching algorithm. According to the new requirements of the State Grid, the design and implementation of the time synchronization device are proposed from various aspects such as hardware design and software development, and the accuracy and stability of the time synchronization device are improved. In particular, a new compensation mechanism is proposed to deal with the frequency change caused by the increase of crystal oscillator temperature. It effectively overcomes the problem that when the crystal is preheated, the cumulative error of time accuracy increases because the frequency does not reach a stable state.
