弹载计算机1553B总线测试模块设计

摘    要:根据国家某重点型号导弹的测试要求,对弹载计算机1553B总线通信功能进行测试;根据测试要求,我们设计了一整套的测试系统,该模块为其中的一部分,详细介绍了该模块的硬件连接电路以及BU-61580的基本配置,在该模块中采用了双通道双冗余设计,在很大程度上做到了一卡多用,满足了用户对1553B总线的多种需求,同时也对1553B通信电缆的连接要求进行了详细的描述,形成了一个完备的1553B测试模块;经过用户一段时间的严格测试,我们设计的模块已经达到测试要求。

Abstract:According to the certain missile design requirements,to test the 1553B bus communication function in missile borne computer.For satisfying the requirement,designed a integrated testing system,this module is a part of it.The connection of hardware circuit and the configuration of BU-61580 is introduced in detail.In the module,adopted the design method of dual-channels and dual-redundance,realized many purpose in one module and satisfied the user's all kind of requirements.At the same time,introduced the connection method of communication wires,made up of a complete 1553B testing module.Through a period of test,the module that designed had satisfied the user's requirement.
