柴油机数据采集和故障诊断系统的研究

摘    要:介绍了柴油机故障诊断仪的系统结构、原理和诊断算法。本系统以便携机为核心,配以多路数据采集卡和不同功用的传感器,组成一个综合检测系统。通过对柴油机故障表征的判断和有关动态信号的采集,提取特征参数,实现不解体检测和故障诊断的功能。文中还对诊断专家系统的结构和策略进行了讨论。

Abstract:The system structure, working principle and diagnostic algorithm of a data acquisition and fault diagnosis systemfor diesel engines are introduced. The system is composed of a portable computer-the core of it, a multi-channels data acquisi-tion device and some sensors. Through behavior of the diesel and the characteristic values of signals, we can finish the non-dis-assemble examining and fault diagnosing. The structure and policy of the diagnosis expert system are also discussed.
