基于机器视觉的密封件直径测量技术研究

摘    要:针对机器视觉在工业实时测量技术上的应用前景,结合DSP处理技术,建立了密封件尺寸的测量系统。该系统提出了多于度阈值消噪及窗口精确定位的边缘检测方法,达到了密封尺寸实时,精密测量的目的。实验表明检测方案不仪实现了在线检测,而且精度高,具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:Machine vision possesses wide application foreground in real-time measurement technology for industry,thus,combined with current DSP procession technology size detection system of the sealing is set up.The system proposes methods of removing noise based on the multi-scale threshold and edge detection of precise location based on the window,which attains the goal of measuring the seal size real-time and accurately.The experiment proves that the measuring scheme realize real time detection with high accuracy and has broad prospects for the application of dimension measurement.
