大功率制氧机控制系统的设计与实现

摘    要:介绍了PSA分子筛制氧技术,对大功率制氧机的控制过程进行了研究,设计了大功率制氧机的单片机控制系统;该系统采用AT89C52单片机作为控制器,结合TCN75芯片以及A/D等器件完成温度、压力、流量和纯度信号的采集和转换;利用光耦完成各开关电磁阀的驱动和控制;通过RS485接口完成与上位机的通信;文中详细阐述了控制系统的软硬件结构及实现,经运行测试表明,该制氧机控制系统性能可靠,性价比高,操作方便,真正实现了控制的智能化和数字化.

Abstract:The oxygen technology by adopting PSA molecule is presented and the control process of the high-- power oxygen machine is researched. The microcomputer control system for the high-- power oxygen machine is designed based on microcomputer AT89C52. The system combines many chips such as TCN75 and A/D, etc to gather and convert the temperature signal, pressure signal, flux signal and purity signal. The system utilizes photoelectrical coupler to control and drive every magnet valve and also communicates with upper computer by RS485. The software and hardware of system is expounded detailedly. The practical implementation shows that the control system for the oxygen machine has reliable capability and is easily operated. It also shows that the performance is high and realizes the intelligentized and digital control really.
