摘    要:本设计采用电涡流传感器检测的方法来检测电饭煲内胆涂层厚度,为了满足对不同规格的内胆的在线检测要求并减少工件夹紧工位与检测工位的时间,本文将检测装置设计成用气缸带动的杠杆来检测,同时将检测探头设计成浮动探头进行测量。基于单片机编程软件平台的计算机实现对电饭煲内胆不粘涂层厚度进行在线检测的工作原理,并对机械部分的硬件结构、控制部分的软件进行了相应的设计。最后通过实验仿真验证了系统在线检测的可行性,且降低了检测成本和缩短检测内胆的时间节拍,提高了生产过程中检测的效率。

Design of on-line detection system for thickness of unstick coating in rice cooker
Abstract:This design adopts the method of Eddy current sensor detection to detect the thickness of the bile coating in rice cooker. In order to meet the requirements of the on-line detection of internal bile of different specifications and reduce the time of the workpiece clamping and detecting work, the detection device is designed to be tested with cylinder driven lever, and the detection probe is designed to be measured as a floating probe. The computer based on the single chip programming software platform realizes the working principle of on-line detection of the thickness of the ball-free coating in the rice cooker, and designs the hardware and control software of the mechanical part accordingly. Finally, the feasibility of on-line detection is verified by the experiment simulation, and the detection cost is reduced and the time beat of the inner gallbladder is shortened.
