大型机电设备故障诊断装置的实现

摘    要:为了解决大型机电设备电控系统故障诊断的难题,分析了采用分布式控制方式和模块化结构设计出的一种便携式电控系统故障诊断装置的硬件,介绍了利用多媒体技术的专家系统,该装置成功地解决了大型机电设备电控系统故障排除的难题,并且也可作为其它大型机电设备电控系统进行故障诊断的参考。

Abstract:To solve the problem of fault diagnosis of electrical control system of large-scale mechatronics equipment,a man-carried fault diagnosis device for electrical control system designed by distributed control mode and modularization structure is made. Expert system using multimedia technology is introduced. This equipment successfully resolve the problem of trouble-shooting of electrical control system of large-scale mechatronics equipment .Besides it can be also referenced by other electrical control system of large-scale mechatronics equipment on fault diagnosis .
