摘    要:本文论述了基于多种图像的电路板故障诊断的原理及方法,对红外成像技术、可见光图像处理与分析技术、电路板故障诊断技术进行研究,通过利用图像增强技术、图像平滑处理技术、图像的二值化处理技术等,对采集到的电路板图像进行滤波,平滑等预处理;利用差分热图法及序列热图法对电路板及其元器件温度特征变化进行分析和故障判定;采用基于Harris角点检测的方法实现电路板可见光图像和红外热图像的配准,进而实现红外热像检测下的故障定位于可见光图像之上,方便的查找故障发生的位置,直观的查看到故障元器件产生的现象。

Abstract:This paper discusses the principles and methods of circuit board fault diagnosis based on multiple images, and researches infrared imaging technology, visible light image processing and analysis technology, circuit board fault diagnosis technology, through the use of image enhancement technology, image smoothing technology, image processing technology Binary processing technology, etc., filter and smooth the collected circuit board images; use differential heat map method and sequence heat map method to analyze the temperature characteristics of circuit boards and their components and determine faults; The Harris corner detection method realizes the registration of the visible light image and the infrared thermal image of the circuit board, and then realizes the fault location under the infrared thermal image detection on the visible light image, which is convenient to find the location of the fault and intuitively view the faulty components The resulting phenomenon.
