| 摘 要： | 对传统的手动定值器进行了电控改进设计;根据定值器的工作要求和特点,进行了电控定值器的总体方案设计,给出了各主要参数及作用力的计算公式或方法,并进行了控制方案设计和控制程序的设计;电控部分采用了单片机控制其电磁驱动装置电流大小,从而达到控制阀心运动的驱动力大小,达到控制定值器阀口的开度大小的目的,实现了系统的电气化和人性化,初步达到了向自动化发展的目标。
