节能型无人值守换热站的智能控制系统

摘    要:针对换热站控制的现状,提出了一种具有无人值守功能的智能系统方案,主要由人机界面、Twido PLC、ATV71变频器、GPRS通讯模块组成;重点阐述了二次供水温度的自动化控制回路与具体实施,循环泵和补水泵的变频控制方案,及通过GPRS网络进行远程监控的数据传输设计;运行证明,程序模块设计合理,算法控制精度高,远程通讯网络可靠稳定;通过在北方某城市换热企业的应用,节省了大量的煤耗电耗等能源,经济效益显著。
