煤矿井下综采安全监控系统的设计与实现

摘    要:为了进一步提高煤矿井下综采的工作效率,能够极早地消除安全隐患,设计了一种以组态软件WinCC作监控管理画面,由S7-300系列PLC作为主控制器的远程监控系统,实现了对井下设备进行启停控制、设备的实时监测以及环境参数的监测、报警;文中介绍了网络监控系统的整体架构、系统硬件配置及系统软件设计,最后在实验室搭建模拟现场,进行仿真分析和试验研究,实验结果表明系统工作可靠、稳定。

Abstract:In order to further improve the efficiency of mechanized mining in undergroung of coal mine and eliminate potential safety problems earlier,this paper designs a kind of remote monitoring system that adopts a configuration WinCC as a monitor management menu and S7-300 series PLC as the master controller.It realizes start-stop control of underground equipment、real-time monitoring、the monitoring and alarm of environment parameters.And introduced the overall structure of the network monitoring system、system hardware configuration and the design of system software.Finally,built the simulation in the laboratory for simulation analysis and experimental research.The experimental results show that the system works reliably and stable.
