摘    要:针对传统基于PC的机器视觉系统因其结构没有模块化,可移植性差,与工业现场设备通信比较困难等缺点,设计了基于嵌入式机器视觉的测控系统,该系统以DM642芯片为视觉图像处理单元,其控制单元为GTS-400系列运动控制器,硬件电路为基于RS232通信的DSP与运动控制器,并通过编程完成目标识别、通讯、控制功能。实验结果表明,该系统的图像处理单元成功检测到目标后,图像处理单元输出的信号能够被运动控制器快速捕捉并控制伺服电机实现点位运动。对嵌入式机器视觉应用于运动控制系统具有现实意义。 关键词:嵌入式机器视觉;DM642;运动控制器;通信

Abstract:Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional PC-based machine vision system because of its lack of modularity, poor portability, and difficulty in communication with industrial field devices, a measurement and control system based on embedded machine vision is designed. The system took the DM642 chip as the machine vision image processing unit, the GTS-400 series motion controller as its control unit, DSP and motion controller was designed based on RS232 communication hardware circuit, except that, the target recognition,communication and control function was completed through the computer programming. TheSexperimentSproves that after the DSP of the system successfully detects the target, motion controller can quickly respond to the signal output of DSP and control servo motor to complete point to point motion, it has practical significance to the application of embedded machine vision in motion control system..
