嵌入式机器视觉测控系统的设计与实现

摘    要:设计实现了一种基于TI公司DM642高性能DSP的嵌入式机器视觉测控系统;系统采用DSP主控结合FPGA协处理的架构,集图像采集、数据处理和通信控制功能于一体;在DSP/BIOS实时操作系统内核支持下,经组态配置后,系统可完成具有高度重复性和一定智能性的测控任务;有效解决了传统基于PC的机器视觉系统的诸多缺点;经验证,系统高效可靠,可在一些工业场合替代传统基于PC的机器视觉系统,对产品进行连续、稳定地测控。

Abstract:A design of embedded machine vision detection system base on TI's DM642 was proposed and implemented.System adopted a structure comprised of DSP and FPGA.It is combined with capture,processing,communication and control functions.With support of the real-time kernel DSP/BIOS,this system is competent for the duplicating and intelligent detection task after configuration.As the experience results indicated,it can complete the product detection continuously,stably and efficiently instead of PC based System.
