摘    要:在分析了系统的功能和性能需求的基础上,设计了基于PROFIBUS总线的分布式双边剪夹送辊监控系统;介绍了系统的整体结构、硬件配置和软件设计;同时提出了变斜坡给定的步长控制算法和高速数据采集的方案;实际应用表明,该系统具有结构简单、维修方便、可靠性高、性能价格比高等特点。

Abstract:On ground of analysis of the function and special property demanding of this system, a kind of distributed pineb roller monitoring and control system of double-side shear based on fieldbus was developed. The overall architecture, hardware configuration, software design are explained. At the same time, control algorithms of variable ramp setting and schemes for high-speed data acquisition are presented. In real operation, results show that this system is simple, convenient to maintain, reliable and cheap for its functions.
