内燃机工况数据采集与处理系统设计

摘    要:针对内燃机在线监测和故障诊断的需求,利用研华PCL-818HD数据采集卡构建了内燃机工况参数数据采集系统的总体硬件框架;设计了包括加速度传感器、外卡油压传感器和电流电压传感器等在内的信号调理电路;介绍了基于VB和DLL技术的Windows环境下数据采集程序的编制;研究了模糊模式识别方法在内燃机各子系统故障诊断中的应用和基于D-S证据理论的信息融合方法对内燃机整机状态进行性能评估的策略.

Abstract:Aiming at the needs of on-line performance monitoring and fault diagnosis, data acquisition system for internal combustion engine based on PCL-818HD data acquisition card was constructed. Conditioning circuit for vibration signal, oil signal, current signal, and voltage signal was designed. Programming method of data acquisition program based on VB and DLL techniques under Windows environment was introduced. Also, the application of fuzzy pattern recognition method on fault diagnosis for each sub-system of internal combustion engine was studied and the comprehensive performance evaluation method for the internal combustion engine based on the D-S evidential theory information fusion techniques was analyzed.
