摘    要:煤矿作业中瓦斯浓度检测仪器必不可少,现提出一种基于非色散红外光谱吸收原理的新型瓦斯浓度检测仪;DYNAMENT公司生产的MSH-HC/TC传感器,以及MSP430F157为设计的核心元器件;详细阐述了红外瓦斯传感器的工作原理、瓦斯浓度检测仪的硬件设计和控制软件设计的实现方法;实验表明,该瓦斯浓度检测仪具有检测精度高、检测范围宽、响应时间快、无需定期标定的特点。

Abstract:It is absolutely necessary to have a methane density detector in the working of coal mine.Now a new-type methane density detector is put forward which is based on non-dispersive infrared spectrum absorptive fundamentals.In this design scheme,the key elements are a sensor named MSH-HC/TC manufactured by DYNAMENT and a MCU marked MSP430F157.The operational principle of the infrared methane sensors,hardware and software implementation schemes of the methane density detector are introduced in detail.The experim...
