基于DSP和FPGA的超声相控阵信号收发卡设计

摘    要:超声相控阵收发卡在超声发射时产生具有特定延迟的一组信号激发超声换能器上的各个阵元,产生可控的空间超声波声场;信号接收时进行多路回声信号的处理,通过多波束合成算法对超声声场进行空间滤波处理得到具有空间指向性的回波信号,基于DSP和FPGA设计了相控阵信号收发卡,可进行8路信号的接收和发射控制,配合外部多路D/A、A/D卡可对8阵元超声相控阵换能器进行激发和接收控制.

Abstract:By individually controlling the excitation time of every element in the array, phased array ultrasonic sensor can generate controllable ultrasonic wave. By means of multi-beam forming, phased arrays ultrasonie sensor only receives echo signal from speeial direetion. A design of 8 channel ultrasonic phased arrays signal proeess board based on DSP and FPGA is deseribed. Cooperating with D/A A/D board, it ean generate 8 channel excitation signal and sample eeho signal from phased array ultrasonic sensor.
