基于LabVIEW的电机转速控制系统设计

摘    要:电机转速控制在测量与控制领域有着广泛的应用,目前的电机转速控制主要用单片机做硬件控制,在操作性及与其他软件的兼容性上存在一些不足,该研究开发了以锁相环为核心,以NI数据采集卡和LabVIEW为平台的电机转速控制系统,通过开发一系列用于信号发生与调理的硬件电路以及运用LabVIEW构建控制软件实现了预期功能,实现了在软界面上的便捷操作,并且能够与其他应用软件良好兼容,通过仿真和试验,验证了系统的可靠性,系统在扩展整体功能、人机界面、易操作性上都有了较大的提高;系统具有可靠性高、成本低,通用性强,功能扩展方便等特征,有良好的应用价值和市场前景.

Abstract:Electro--motor rotational speed control has a wide application in the filed of measurement and control. Nowadays electro-motor rotational speed control is controlled by single-chip and has some disadvantages in operation and compatibility. A electro-motor rotational speed control system is developed. The system describes some hardware circuit for signal acquisition and conditioning, and some software for control. The system is tested in experiments and is proved to have a great improvement in expandable function, human--machine interface and convenient operation. The system has a great application value and bright market foreground.
