| 摘 要： | 根据GB/T 14211-1993《机械密封试验方法》规定的测试要求开发了基于AT89C2051单片机的机械密封试验数据采集系统;数据采集系统由传感器、采集电路、串行通信控制器、组合电源和计算机等组成;详细介绍了组成机械密封试验数据采集系统的温度、转速、振幅、泄漏量、扭矩、弹簧力、介质压力和弹簧压缩量等参数的采集电路;基于AT89C2051单片机的机械密封计算机辅助试验数据采集系统实现了多参数同时测量、显示与记录,提高了数据采集的速度及同步性,避免了直接式仪表引起的人为读数误差;投资较低,可为机械密封产品的性能测试和揭示密封参数之间的相互影响关系提供有效手段。
