| 摘 要： | 针对工厂烟气对大气污染的严酷现实,提出了应用InTouch 7.11软件来设计静电除尘监控系统,即运用InTouch 7.11设计监控主机,去控制、监督现场的PLC控制单元,对该系统的结构、上位机的设计、现场控制单元的组成等作了详细的说明.实践表明,该系统操作方便、运行稳定可靠,实现了控制、维护、与技术管理的集成,具有较强的实用价值.

| Abstract: | Aiming at the harsh actuality of the air pollution disturbed by the factory smoke,Static Electricity Precipitator Monitoring System designed by using the software of InTouch 7.11 is presented.The monitor host computer based on InTouch 7.11 is designed to control and monitor the local unit of PLC.The system structure,design of above-computer,constitution and design of local control unit is analyzed in detail.Practice shows that this system operates simply,circulates stably and reliably,the control-maintenance-management integrated system is realized,which shows its strongly practical application. |
