基于LabVIEW平台的光度测量与校正系统

摘    要:利用MS2821C面阵CCD图像传感器、NIPCI—1408图像采集卡构建了成像微光度数据采集与处理系统,在LabVIEW IMAQVision虚拟仪器技术软件开发平台上开发了实用校正与测量软件。实际应用表明,使用基于VI技术的数据采集与处理系统满足了光度测量对采集校正系统的要求,取得较好效果。最后对应用中进行高精度光度测量的校正方法和实际效果进行了讨论。

Abstract:The ways of low light imaging optical radiation measurement constructed with MS-2821c array CCD sensor and NI PCI-1408 imaging access board are provided. The applied programs based on techniques of virtual instuments LabVIEW +IMAQ Vision programming platform are also introduced. The system can meet the requirements of optical radiation measurement and correction .Practical measurement indicates that ,through the use of VI technique ,which is constructed on IMAQ PCI-1408\MS2821 CCD camera ,the automation level and accuracy as well as the efficiency has been improved. At last the key techniques in practical implement are discussed.
