| 摘 要： | 针对目前数字电路板故障诊断测试数据生成效率低的难题，文章引入基于国际先进的D前沿敏化和时间帧展开算法的电路板故障诊断测试数据自动生成系统，系统集成图形化电路输入、测试向量与故障字典自动生成、故障模拟和测试数据效能评估等功能，应用该系统可有效避免人工生成电路板测试数据，对提高数字电路板故障诊断效率和精度具有重大的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Facing on the difficulty in test pattern generating for fault diagnosis of digital PCB currently, a new applicable generating system based on advanced D sensilization and time-frame processing arithmetic is proposed in paper. System consists of graphic circuit inputting, test pattern and fault dictionary auto-generating, fault simulating, and dictionary evaluating. By using developed system, it can avoid the manual pattern generating, and improve the efficiency and precision of PCB's fault diagnosis greatly. |
