高速高精度ADC在井下高温环境的应用研究

摘    要:基于多极子阵列声波测井仪的设计要求,详细说明了用于井下高温环境ADC的选型因素以及高温测试和筛选方法,讨论了数据采集系统中模拟信号处理注意的问题和数字接口方法,并给出ADI公司军品级器件AD7899SR-1在多极子阵列声波测井仪中的多通道同步数据采集应用设计实例,高温环境下测试表明,各通道具有很好的一致性,采集精度达到0.05%,完全能够满足对井下声波全波信息探测的要求.

Abstract:With design demand of multipole array acoustilog tool, select factors , high temperature tests and chip filter methods of ADC applied to downhole high temperature environment are narrated in detail, and the matters of analog signal processing and the methods of digital interface in data acquisition system are discussed. In addition, the application instance of Military device AD7899SR--1 produced by ADI is introduced , which is applied in synchronous multi--channel data acquisition and applied to multipole array acoustilog tools. By testing in high temperature, every channel is coincident with each other, and the precision is 0. 05%, which can satisfy the request to detect downhole acoustic full wave signal.
