机载双余度1553B总线传输线路检测系统的设计与实现

摘    要:1553B总线已经广泛应用于飞机的航空电子系统中;分析了1553B总线的特点以及机载双余度1553B总线传输线路故障定位的困难,给出了机载双余度1553B总线传输线路检测系统的系统结构、硬件集成方案和软件开发内容;通过两块1553B总线接口板分别模拟总线控制器和终端,配备相应的检测电缆,与机载双余度1553B总线传输线路检测段一起构成检测回路;根据机载系统的状态,结合相应的检测策略,可及时发现和定位1553B总线传输线路中存在的显式故障和隐式缺陷;该系统已成功应用于某型飞机总线传输线路的检测,经适当修改可推广到其他主战飞机。

Abstract:1553B bus is applied widely in airborne electronic system.The feature and the difficulty of fault location of dual redundant airborne 1553B bus transmission line are analyzed.System structure,hardware integration and the content of software development of test system is given,in which two 1553B bus interface circuit board simulate bus controller and terminal respectively,forming test loop with provided test cables and test section of airborne 1553B bus transmission line.According to the state of airborne system and appropriate test tactics,it is in time to find and locate the existing manifest fault and hidden defect of dual redundant airborne 1553B bus transmission line.The test system is successfully used in one operational aircraft,will be applied on other operational aircraft with appropriate modification.
