摘    要:简要介绍用LabVIEW开发出一套应用于光学头ACT动态数学模型的辨识系统,为后续ACT系统伺服方案提供较为准确的控制模型,该系统由LabVIEW产生激励信号,响应信号通过光纤传感器获得,DAQ卡将激励和响应信号采入系统,在LabVIEW环境中进行分析,得到ACT较为精确的数学模型;应用结果表明。该系统使用力便、快捷,辨识结果准确可靠,此外,通过实际测试表明该系统可适用于机电系统更大范围的系统辨识和动态特性测试,具有一定的通用性。

Abstract:ldentification system about mathematical model of ACT for CD/DVD Optical pickup based on LabVIEW is developed, which provides a contrail model for future ACT servo . Simulation signal produced by LabVIEW and response signal obtained through optic fiber sensor are acquired in system by DAQ. Mathematical model of ACT analyzed in LabVIEW is gained . The experiments show the system is convenient, credibility and universal.
