Study of Automatic Test and Fault Diagnosis System for Missile Based on Expert System

The PXI bus is used in the automatic test and fault diagnosis system for missile that is based on virtual instrument technology and expert system. It includes some PXI module instruments, programmable instruments and other advanced test techniques. It is a composite test system that has automatic performance test and fault diagnosis capability. From using an expert system, the intelligence and automation degree of the system is enhanced greatly. It can be used to test the current parameters, special capability and the function of electronic parts among the missile weapon system. The faults can be demarcated on the circuit cards. The practices indicate that the system fits for the performance measurement, fault-diagnlosis and maintenance of many different missile weapon equipments.
