| 摘 要： | 文章在总结测控系统开发经验的基础上，针对测控软件的特点，讨论了测控软件的静态及动脉测试。这些测试技术在某型综合自动检测系统的软件测试中得到了应用，结果证明了这些软件测试技术是保证工程研制进度、保障测控系统硬件及被测对象安全的重要手段。

| Abstract: | Based on summarizing the experience on developing the software of testing and controlling system, software static and dynamic test technology are discussed in this paper. The technologies are applied on a ATE system software test, the result has proved what discussed are important means to guarantee the safety of ATE system and UUT. |
