| Abstract: | CAT (Computer Aided Testing) Technique is an advanced technique of the measurement area. This paper expounds the impact of the development of CAT technique on the online measurement of mechanical parameters. Through measuring the mechanical parameters by using a German special measurement software as an example, the basic principle and application of CAT technique are described. |
