摘    要:根据动车组温度参数监测的必要性以及复杂测试环境对监测系统提出的新要求,研制了基于无线传感器网络的牵引传动系统温度实时监测系统.给出了基于ZigBee协议的监测系统总体结构设计以及网络节点设计,利用LabVIEW软件开发平台,结合状态机、多线程等关键技术,实现了温度信号的无线通信、处理、显示、保存以及人机交互等功能.应用结果表明,该系统运行稳定、测量精度高、可扩展性强,为列车的安全运行提供了更可靠的保障以及更便捷的在线监测方式.

Abstract:A real-time temperature monitoring system based on wireless sensor network is designed for traction and drive system to meet the necessity of temperature parameters monitoring of EMUs and the growing requirements of complex testing environment.The designs of general structure and network nodes of the monitoring system based on ZigBee protocol are presented.Furthermore,combined with techniques like state-machine and multithreading,the software functions of temperature data communication,processing,display,preservation and human-machine interaction are implemented on LabVIEW development platform.The test results indicate that the temperature monitoring system operating in stable performance,high measurement accuracy and strong extensibility provides a more reliable guarantee for the safe operation of EMUs and a more convenient way for on-line monitoring.
