摘    要:为了增强某预警机系统测试系统设备的通用性、可升级性,提高测试精度和系统的运行性能,设计了一种基于PAWS平台的面向测试的通用综合自动测试系统.针对预警机机载设备系统的组成和特点,从测试系统功能组成结构,软硬件设计方面对测试系统的通用性和可升级性进行了探讨.该系统采用了PAWS测试开发平台,在硬件系统设计中采用了PXI、VXI、GPIB多总线体系结构.开发了配套的总线接口适配器,以及智能型的开关子系统,并具有硬件自我配置功能.通过软件参数配置即可测试不同型号机载设备的需求.该综合自动测试系统已成功应用于某型号预警机和其改进型的地面综合测试,证明了该设计方法是十分有效的.

Abstract:A general integrative automatic test system(ATS) of early-warning aircraft is designed to improve the general capability of the automatic test system of early-warning aircraft,and to increase the ATS's precision of testing based on PAWS.The general capability of the ATS is developed in aspects of design of the function,the structure of software and hardware.This test system is set up with the tool,PAWS,and the hardware of the test system is built on the bus-structure of the mixture of VXI,PXI,GPIB-bus.And different interface adaptors for different bus-instrument-module are also developed,and the switch-system is also developed in the software of the system programming process.And this system can change its structure according to the different test requests.This ATS has been used in the test of one kind of the early-warning aircraft and its advanced model successfully.In result this method is proved effective after evaluation.
