摘    要:根据目前军用飞机武器挂架的测试需求,采用PXI平台与虚拟仪器控制技术开发了一套新型武器挂架综合测试系统.该系统采用独特的设计方法满足了测试对象的内场与外场试验要求,并且适用于多种型号武器挂架的检测;基于扩展性良好的PXI平台对测试系统的硬件结构进行了总体设计;对其软件进行模块化设计和实现;采用分体式结构设计便于内场与外场试验的转换.应用结果表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,测试准确度高,具有一定的实用性和推广价值.

Abstract:According to the test requirements for current military aircraft weapon rack,a new type of weapon rack integrated test system is developed on the PXI platform and virtual instrument technology.The system uses the special design method to satisfy the test and field test requirements for the test object,and it is applicable to various types of weapons testing.The hardware structure of test system is overall designed based on the PXI platform with good expansibility.The software is designed as some module.The structure adopts split design,which is convenient for the switching of the test and field test.The application result indicates that the operation of the system is stable and reliable,with highly testing accuracy,the system has a certain practicability and popularization value.
