摘 要: | 随着机器视觉测量技术的不断发展,在材料力学性能测量方面,机器视觉领域内的多种方法均表现出很好的应用效果。叙述了机器视觉技术在力学性能中全场光学测量方法,着重介绍了基于机器视觉的视频引伸计、数字图像相关和散斑干涉等技术进展及应用。对机器视觉在力学性能全场测量的技术研究与应用进行了总结,并展望了未来的发展趋势。

Full-Field Measurement Method of Mechanical Properties of Materials Based on Machine Vision |

Abstract: | With the continuous development of machine vision measurement technology,various methods in the field of machine vision have shown good application results in terms of material mechanical property measurement.The full-field optical measurement method of machine vision technology in mechanical properties is described,and the technical progress and application of machine vision-based video extensometer,digital image correlation and speckle interferometry are introduced.The technical research and application of machine vision in full-field measurement of mechanical properties are summarized,and the future development trend is prospected. |
