摘    要:血氧饱和度作为人体重要生理参数,临床需要持续监测.目前的脉搏血氧仪一般选取指尖或耳垂等作为测量部位,采用透射式测量方法,测量时影响正常作息,且无数据存储功能,不便于观察血氧变化趋势.因此,采用反射式测量方式,以ATmega328作为控制和处理核心,交替驱动红光及红外光LED照射手腕,通过测量反射的光强,计算获得血氧饱和度数据.血氧饱和度数据由手环上的蓝牙模块发送至手机APP,完成数据存储和后续数据分析.该仪器具有测量精度高、使用方便、即时测量等特点.

Abstract:As an important physiological indicator of the human body,Oxygen saturation (SpO2) needs to be continuously monitored.The existing pulse oximeters measure SpO2 in the manner of transmissivity.Generally,fingertips and earlobes are chosen as the measuring points,and it may causes inconvenience for patients.Also,the existing pulse oximeter cannot storage data,which makes it difficult to analyze the trend of SpO2.Therefore,a reflective oxygen saturation bracelet is proposed.ATmega328 is chosen to control the red and infrared light LEDs to irradiate the wrist alternately.Based on the measurement of the intensity of reflected light,the value of SpO2 is calculated.With the Bluetooth module,the SpO2 data can be sent to the mobile phone APP to complete data storage and subsequent data analysis.The experiment results show that the designed instrument has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy,convenient operation and instant measurement.
