机载雷达系统测试性分析与优化

摘    要:针对机载雷达系统的特点,研究了系统测试性建模问题。根据机载PD雷达的组成和主要功能,结合FMEA分析结果,使用eXpress软件建立了机载PD雷达测距子系统的测试性模型,对模型的测试性参数进行了计算和分析。对测距子系统模型构造出故障信息矩阵,通过逐步分解故障信息矩阵的方法,对模型进行测试点优选。运用故障植入法通过测试设备对雷达进行测试,并计算测试性参数,计算结果表明所采用的测试方法满足系统测试性的要求。

Abstract:The system testability modeling problem is researched considering the characteristics of airborne radar system.Depending on the composition and main functions of airborne PD radar and the FMEA results,the testability model of the ranging subsystem model in airborne PD radar system is built up by using eXpress software,the parameters of the model are calculated and analyzed.The fault message matrix of the ranging subsystem model is established.The optimal test point selection is done by resolving the fault message matrixes step by step.The radar is tested by the equipment with fault injection method,and the parameters are calculated.The results show that the test methods satisfy the system testing requirements.
