摘    要:精确控制电子节气门对提高汽车动力特性,减少危害气体排放,提高燃油利用效率具有重要意义。针对电子节气门系统的非线性和干扰等不确定特性,设计PI鲁棒控制器,克服非线性等对电子节气门输出响应的影响。该控制器在传统的PID算法中增加非线性控制量,能抑制由于系统非线性环节等干扰引起的性能恶化。根据电子节气门动作信号抽象出系统输入信号,对控制系统进行仿真。仿真结果表明鲁棒PI控制的电子节气门控制系统具有较小的超调量,能快速跟踪输入并具有较小的稳态误差和一定的鲁棒特性。

Study on Electronic Throttle Control Method Based on Model of PI Robust
Abstract:Accurate controlling the electronic throttle is of great significance for improving automobile dynamic characteristics,reducing harmful gas emissions and improving fuel efficiency.Aiming at the uncertainties such as nonlinearity and interference of the electronic throttle system,a PI robust controller is designed to overcome the influence of nonlinearity on the output response of the electronic throttle system.The controller increases the nonlinear control quantity in the traditional PID algorithm and can restrain the performance deterioration caused by interference such as system nonlinearity.The system input signal is abstracted from the electronic throttle operation signal and the control system is simulated.The simulation results show that the electronic throttle control system with robust PI control has a small overshoot,can track the input quickly and has small steady-state error and certain robustness.
