| 摘 要： | 同步器是汽车变速箱的核心部件,其性能对汽车变速箱以及汽车性能的提高有重要意义.设计了以PC104主板为平台的汽车元件同步器试验台,给出了试验台系统构成.为了满足工业现场对系统可靠性、实时性的高要求,在下位机开发了基于VxWorks的测控系统的硬件和软件驱动设计.试验结果表明,该系统性能稳定、可靠性高、实时性强、应用广泛.

| Abstract: | As it has important significance for the performance of both automobile and automobile gearbox be-cause the synchronizers are the core part of automobile gearbox, an automotive synchronizer test rig is de-signed. Its components and hardware design of its measurement and control system and software driver in slave computer based on VxWorks are produced to meet with the high requirements of reliability and real-time of the system. Test results state clearly that the system has stable performance, great reliability and high precision, strong real-time performance and wide applications. |
