摘    要:为进一步提高太阳光伏发电效率,出现了许多光伏板跟随太阳角度变化的发电技术及装置。毫无疑问,采用这种方式发电其效率要高于光伏板固定式发电装置的效率。但通常这些太阳跟踪光伏发电技术偏重于跟踪的精确性,对跟踪机构(包括电机)带来的系统损耗及影响发电效率没有相对成熟的考虑。提出了一种自适应离散跟踪控制算法,将跟踪机构和各部分的损耗充分考虑到控制过程中,并基于ARM嵌入式控制平台和步进电机的双自由度定位控制,实现了这种控制算法。通过实验数据论证,发电效率比一般传统的双自由度跟踪模式提高10%以上。

Abstract:In order to maximize the output of electricity in FPPV,much effort has been put into the research of sun tracking technique.Conventional tracking methods have given too much attention to tracking accuracy,rendering the system lacking maturity by unsubstantial consideration of the power consumed by the tracking mechanics,including the motors.An adaptive-discrete tracking algorithm is presented as well as control system,which has fully been considered the cost of the tracking mechanics.Also,this method is realized by implementing it on a system combined an ARM based embedded control platform and dual-axis tracking mechanic which is driven by two step motors.According to the result of the experiments,a more than 10% rise of output compared to traditional duel-axis tracking methods has been made.
