摘    要:Coriolis质量流量计是一种高精度、适应范围很广的流量计,通过检测管子上两路振动信号的相位差,就可计算出流经管道的质量流量。分析了互相关滤波对相位的影响规律,采用Mathematica3.0仿真分析了互相关滤波提高相位差检测精度的效果。提出了采用互相关滤波技术和傅立叶变换提高信号信噪比和相位检测精度的方法。

Abstract:Coriolis mass flowmeter is a precision flowmeter, which is able to handle an extensive range of applications and fluids, from fluids to gases.The mass flowrate is proportional to the phase difference of the two vibration signals detected from the vibrating tube of the meter,which fluid is passed through.A cross correlation method is presented to improve the phase detection precision,and thoroughly analyzes the laws between cross correlation and phase shift in theory.Then use Mathematica3.0 to simulate the cross correlation filtering of two vibration signals and compare the effects of the phase detection precision improvements.
