Research and Application of IEEE 1588 in LXI Standard Bus

IEEE 1588 protocol,a key in LXI bus standard,is used to synchronize clock in local area network.By studying the role,working principle,current implementation method and characteristics,analyzing the advantages of LM3S8962,designing network interface,the protocol with LM3S8962 running PTPD based on LwIP is implemented and verified by the design of the equipment.Experimental results show that the design is reasonable and the function is correct.
