埋地管道阴极保护监测系统的研究及应用

摘    要:针对人工巡查埋地管道阴极保护数据的不足,设计了一种埋地管道阴极保护远程监测系统.整个系统由数据采集终端、通信网络及监控中心构成.数据采集终端基于STC12C5608AD单片机和GPRS技术,实现埋地管道阴极保护数据的在线测量和信息的传输.监控中心的软件部分基于力控组态软件实现,完成阴极保护数据的接收、保存、管理和计算机辅助分析.整套监测系统已成功应用于某石化企业,运行结果表明该系统实时性好、可靠性高,为埋地管道阴极保护的监测提供了理论参考和实践经验.

Research and Application of Cathodic Protection Monitoring System of Buried Pipeline
Abstract:In order to overcome the shortage of manual inspections on cathodic protection of buried pipelines,one kind of remote monitoring system is designed.The whole system is composed of data acquisition terminal,communication network and monitoring center.Data acquisition terminal based on STC12C5608AD SCM and GPRS is designed to detect the data and transmit the information.The software of monitoring center which is founded on configuration software ForceControl is supposed to receive,save,manage and analyze the data.The system has been successfully applied to petrochemical enterprise and operation results show that the monitoring system is real-time and reliable,which provides theoretical reference and practical experience for cathodic protection monitoring system of buried pipelines.
