| 摘 要： | 阐述了一种基于电化学三电极体系、研究溶液体系特性的高性能电子舌的设计原理和方法.它具有恒电位扫描、循环伏安扫描、调幅脉冲扫描、复频调幅脉冲扫描等多种功能,能对溶液体系施加多种方式的激励信号,得到多种相应特性,从而实现对溶液的全面分析.该电子舌能在酒类品质分析、食品安全检测、水质污染检测中发挥积极作用.

| Abstract: | The design principle and the method of a high accurate electronic tongue which is based on a three-electrode structure for solution system characteristics research are discussed.This electronic tongue has many functions such as constant potential scan,cyclic voltammetry and multi-frequency amplitude pulse scan.It can get solution's characteristics from acting several actuating signals on solution system.So that,the solution system can be analyzed roundly.The electronic tongue can be used in testing the wine quality,food's security check and the water quality determination. |
