混合动力汽车用无刷直流电机控制系统设计

摘    要:针对混合动力汽车ISG(integrated starter generator)系统的功能要求,设计了一种基于dsPIC30F6010A和EPM7128的无刷直流电机控制系统.详细阐述了硬件电路的设计方案,给出了控制软件的流程图,对系统采用的积分分离PID控制算法也进行了介绍.实验结果表明,该系统具有较好的控制性能.

Abstract:According to the requirements of ISG(integrated starter generator) system in hybrid electrical vehicle, a brushless DC motor control system based on dsPIC30F6010A and EPM7128 is designed.The designed scheme of hardware is described in detail,the flow charts of control software are given,and the integral discrete PID algorithm used in the system is also introduced.The experiment results show that the system has a good performance in control.
