高精度挠性接头刚度测试系统设计

摘    要:针对挠性接头刚度测量中遇到的难点如刚度小、易变形、不易装夹定位,设计了高精度挠性接头刚度自动测量系统.利用PC机、步进电机、高精度扭矩传感器组成的系统完成了刚度测量.并使用VC编制控制系统软件,实现了数据采集和测试的自动控制.在实践中取得了较高的测试精度.

Abstract:A high precision automatic stiffness measuring system for micro flexible joint is designed in order to solve the problems during flexible joint stiffness measuring process such as weak stiffness,easy deformation and hard to position and clamp.The measuring system uses PC,step motors and high accuracy torque sensor to finish the stiffness test.The system software,a program written in VC ,is also developed to automatically implement the data acquisition and processing as well as measuring procedure.The measuring results show the device has high precision in practice.
