摘    要:针对HXD1C型机车主变流控制单元提出的多通道故障检测要求,采用PXI板卡与cPCI板卡设计了多路信号输出与采集系统;运用LabVIEW编写系统的控制程序,实现了通道配置、检测信号输出、数据采集、检测状态信息存储和数据查看等功能,并将各通道的故障检测结果分页存放,解决了查看时信息量庞大的问题.实验结果表明,该系统操作方便、检测速度快、故障检测准确,能够满足项目的检测任务,同时在涉及机车主变流器控制单元的检测领域有较好的应用前景.

Abstract:In order to meet the multi-channel fault detection requirements for HXD1C locomotive main converter control unit,a multi channel signal output and acquisition system is designed by using PXI board and cPCI board.The system control program is written by LabVIEW,and the functions including channel configuration,detection signal output,data acquisition,detection states information storage and data viewing and so on,are realized,and each channel fault detection results are paged storage,the problem of huge amount of information when viewing is solved.The experimental results show that the system is easy to operate,the detection speed is fast,the fault detection is accurate,which can meet the detection task of the project,and has a good application prospect in the field of locomotive main converter control unit.
