| 摘 要： | 随着自动测试系统(ATS)的发展,其通用性的研究成为自动测试系统的发展方向,尤其是ATS软件技术的通用性受到越来越多的重视.对ATS软件发展历程及目前研究状况进行了总结,分析了ATS软件通用性的概念,阐述了对ATS软件通用性的理解.最后,对ATS未来发展进行了展望. |

| Abstract: | With the development of the automatic test system(ATS),the universal ATS research has become the direction of ATS.Especially universal software technology is attracted more and more attention.The ATS software development process and the current research status are summarized.The concept of universal ATS software is also analyzed.The understanding for versatility of ATS software is proposed.At last,the future development of ATS software versatility is prospected. |
