摘    要:整车电性能测试是汽车电源系统性能测试、电子控制器测试以及电气部件测试的总称,对车辆的启动、制动、转向以及安全行驶至关重要.研发一种基于CompactRIO的嵌入式车载电性能测试系统,详细阐述了该系统的结构设计和软硬件实现方法.该系统与传统的测试系统相比,能够缩短测试准备时间,抵抗恶劣工作环境并且安装简单、测量精度高.通过对实车测试,证明该系统可以实现准确评定车辆电能分配是否合理,电性能安全系数是否达标.

Abstract:The vehicle electric performance test includes automotive power performance test,electronic controller test and electrical componenents test.It is particularly important for vehicle start,steering and safety driving.A new embedded vehicle performance testing system based on CompactRIO is developed and the system structure design,system hardware and software implementation methods are elaborated in detail.Compared with the traditional test systems,this system has the advantages of short test preparation time,strong adaptability to bad working environment,simple installation and high measurement precision.The real vehicle testing proves that the system works well on the test of electric power distribution and electrical safety factor.
