机载复杂系统综合诊断推理设计方法

摘    要:随着机载系统的复杂性、综合化、智能化程度不断提高,故障产生的机理也越来越复杂,传统的自检测、人工检测等手段已经不能满足现代飞机故障诊断和维护的需求。针对传统诊断方法对系统的依赖性和在关联故障模式下处理能力不足的问题,设计了3种综合诊断推理方法,并对3种方法进行了对比分析。重点对基于测试性模型的综合诊断推理方法进行了研究,开发了综合诊断推理机,并组建了仿真验证环境。仿真验证表明该方法诊断结果合理可信。

Design Method of Integrated Diagnosis Reasoning Design for Airborne Complex System
Abstract:With the increasing complexity,integration and intelligence of airborne system,the mechanism of fault generation is becoming more and more complex.The traditional methods of self and manual detection can not meet the needs of modern aircraft fault diagnosis and maintenance.In order to solve the problem of the dependence of traditional diagnosis methods on the system and the insufficient processing ability under the associated fault mode,three comprehensive diagnosis reasoning design methods are presented and compared.The comprehensive diagnosis reasoning method based on testability model is studied,the comprehensive diagnosis reasoning machine is developed,and the simulation verification environment is established.The simulation results show that the diagnosis results are reasonable and reliable.
