多通道物料测量系统的设计与实现

摘    要:在塑料成形过程中,物料质量信息经过称重传感器获得,再经过处理后得到相应的物料流量信息,并传给计算机以便对进料设备进行控制.详细介绍了多通道物料测量系统的硬件结构、主要模块的设计和处理物料质量及流量的方法.通过并行的硬件设计结构和数字滤波算法,提高了物料流量的测量精度和系统的响应速度.

Abstract:In the process of plastics modeling,the material mass is acquired by weight sensors and processed to attain the materiel flux,the information of materiel flux is sent to computer in order to control the feeding equipment.The hardware structure of multi-channel materiel measuring system,the designs of main modules and the methods to calculate material mass and flux are introduced in detail.By parallel hardware design structure and digital filter algorithm,the resolution of material flux and the speed of system response are improved.
